Extreme Anti-Aging Skin Care



Skin Cleanse:

  • 120ml of Jojoba oil
  • 0.4ml of Lavender essential oil
  • 0.2ml of Tea Tree essential oil
  • 0.2ml of Geranium essential oil

Mix them up together nicely and massage your face with this for 5mins and wash them up then let it air dry or use very soft cloth.


Oil Massage:

At night, before you go to bed, use raw coconut oil to massage your face for 5mins and then leave it over night. In the morning, just wash your face with cleanser. If you have dry skin, apply some moisturiser.


Wrinkle Moisturiser:

  • 120ml of almond oil
  • 0.75ml of Lavender essential oil
  • 0.50ml of Frankincense essential oil
  • 0.05ml of Tea Tree essential oil

Mix them up together nicely and massage your face every night before you go to bed.


Beside these recipes, make sure to drink at least 2L of water and have at least 6 - 8 hours of sleep everyday.
